I genuinely feel lost. After going in the day clinic psych ward in order to get a diagnosis, apperently it's just my depressive episode. I genuinely feel like there are thoughts in my head that aren't mine, but apparently that's just the second puberty on E and an identity crisis. Now another therapist wants to have an extra talk with me on monday. Ugh, just help me tie the noose already.
